  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
  • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
  • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress

Job Description
Responsible for working in tandem with Physical Therapists regarding patient care, providing a pleasant patient experience, maintain clinic upkeep/housekeeping, answer telephones in a courteous manner and provide basic front desk assistance as needed.


  • Warmly greet patients upon entering clinic
  • Provide a cheerful, guest-centered atmosphere
  • Get patients started with their warm-up/initial stretches
  • Assist Therapist(s) with patient exercises and care as needed
  • Provide conversation/interact with patients
  • Prepare ice for patients at end of treatment
  • Quickly clean tables/instruments and replace after each patient
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness
  • Laundry/Dishes
  • Scan and attach documents to patient files
  • Assist Front Desk Coordinator as necessary


  • Required - High school diploma or GED certificate needed. One-year minimum of customer service experience. Ability to communicate effectively. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge.
  • Preferred - Previous experience in a physical therapy setting a plus.


  • Full-time, Monday through Friday. Hours vary between 7 – 5:30 pm. No weekends.
