Ensure your new hires can safely perform their jobs. Our team will perform an Onsite Job Demands Analysis to learn the necessary tasks a new employee needs to perform for a specific job. We will then test potential new hires through a job-specific simulation testing to ensure they are able to safely perform the physical requirements required. A detailed report will be provided to you on the tasks a potential employee is able to safely and properly perform, which duties may require reasonable accommodations, and which duties they are unable to perform. Our testing methods are unbiased and follow the US Department of Labor Employment and Testing Administration, US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines.
