ACL Injury Prevention Program

No one is exempt from injuries - but you can be better prepared to prevent them! Train with Athletic Trainer Lauren Geier, ATC/L and stay in the game of life!

Our boot camp program will focus on improving your:

  • Hip, Core and Knee Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Agility & Quick Direction Changes
  • Jumping and Landing Techniques

Details:

  • Classes begin September 16, 2014
  • 3 week program; held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 pm
  • Cost: $30 for the full 3 weeks
    *All raised funds will be donated to Spooner High School Athletics Department
  • T-shirt, water bottle & custom DVD provided upon completion
