Welcoming a new member, Pamela Weber
Pamela Weber, PT brings 28 years of experience to the Hayward PTRS team. With a passion for people, Pam's success lies in her love for solving the mystery behind the ailment and treating the whole person rather than providing symptom management.
Graduating with her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Vermont, Burlington, Pam and her husband, a local teacher and coach, have been actively involved in the Hayward community for 16 years. They love to fish and spend time with their three children in the Northwoods.
With extensive training in over 20 specialties, including Lymphedema massage, myofacial release, craniosacral therapy, and women's health, Pam has seen incredible success with spinal, neck and low back mobilization. Seeking to meet her patients' needs drives Pam to stay on the cutting edge of current treatment options.

We had over a 100 participants for our second annual event.
Jackpine Savage Kids Dash
We sponsored the Jackpine Savage Kids Dash August 5th. Over 285 kids went through the muddy obstacle. The next day was the mudd run for adults and there were over 485 participants. It's a great community even and we love being part of it!

Back to School Backpacks
August 5th, Spooner did a bake sale to raise money for our back to school backpacks. Each year we donate back packs full of school supplies for each grade for our local schools. This will be the 3rd year we've done it. We raised over $140 and the local Lions Club matched it along with the Spooner Clinic. All together the groups raised almost $450 in school supplies!

On Saturday, August 6th, Clear Lake Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists (CLPTRS) hosted a hole at the Lion's Club Golf Scramble. CLPTRS raised $310 that was donated back to the Lion's Club, the best fundraising the team has done at this event and hope to top it again next year. A huge congratulations goes out to Rick Becker for winning the Cooler with the Bloody Mary kit!

Warrior Prep Day; Over 100 Students and Parents in Attendance
Warrior Prep Day was a huge success! Athletic Trainer, Mel Waytashek planned an event where athletes can come in and get all their testing done! We saw over 100 students and many parents! We had nutritional snacks, a foot screening, SWOL sign up, and ImPact testing! The event just keeps growing every year! Thank you to all who came out and made this event so amazing! Dale & Mel greatly appreciate it!
Safety Days; Oxbo International Corp
Clear Lake Physical Therapy recently did a presentation at Oxbo International Corporation! Mel Waytashek did a great job going over back injuries, the pain that usually comes with it, and how to prevent those injuries! We did a quick little presentation, then we went out on the floor to test their lifting techniques. We really enjoy keeping the presentations very active and we are very excited for the next round of presentations to happen in the fall & winter!
Safety Days: Lake Country Dairy
Mel Waytashek put together a presentation & lifting stations for Lake Country Dairy's Safety Days. They worked on squat and reaching techniques, icing strategies and preventing injuries. They also got to test their grip & pinch strength to find out who was the strongest! The event was very interactive and we really enjoyed it!
National Night Out
August 2nd, Turtle Lake Physical Therapy attended the National Night Out! Many people were in attendance and the event was a huge success! Thanks to all who came out to National Night Out! We kept busy doing drawings, giving out prizes and testing grip strength!
You gotta get down, to get up
Rice Lake Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists (RLPTRS) partnered with the school to do a free jump training for the Rice Lake High School girls. Day 1 was a great way for Physical Therapist, Mark Smith, to introduce his new team member, Athletic Trainer, Jake Danielson. "You gotta get down to get up," is a saying that Mark Smith uses when talking about jumpingThe program was a great success and Rice Lake Physical Therapy would like to congratulate all the girls who made it through the training!
